Use Resources to Help You Reach Your Goals

One of the goals I set for myself was to get back into a daily asana practice. Yoga was instrumental in my healing journey, but I’ve been struggling to roll out my mat on a daily basis.

This goal is so important to me and I’m not giving up. I found an app to help me with my yoga practice. Your phone is with you all the time, so why not use it to benefit you?!

There are tons of resources available to help you achieve your goals. Don’t be afraid to use them!
