Earlier this year, I introduced the Staying F.I.T. Series to share what I am doing to improve fitness in all areas of my life.
Currently, my focus has been on fitness. This has been an area of my life that I haven’t been paying much attention to, but that has changed! I am so proud of the changes that I’ve been making in my life.
Working as a Massage Therapist has had a big impact on the way I care for myself. I use my body in my work daily, and it’s important that I am healthy, well, and fit!
For me, this isn’t about dieting or looking good so much as it is about being healthy and insuring that my body is elevated to match all the internal work that I’ve done.
I have suffered a lot of trauma to my womb. This is an area of my body where I hold a lot of weight. The work I’ve been doing this year has prepared me to release the trauma and the weight associated with in.
Some of the things I’ve been doing to heal this area energetically are journaling, affirmations, Reiki, dancing, and celibacy. I have been celibate before and enjoyed it. This time around it’s even better, and I’m creating a new relationship with my sacred center. I will talk more about this in future videos and blogs, so stay tuned!

I started tracking what I eat in a food diary and making better choices. So that this is a successful regimen I am taking it one step at a time.
Over the past few years, I have collected a LOT of resources for fitness, meal prepping, workouts.. you name it! Before I invest with a personal trainer I want to make sure I am ready and able to be committed to the process.
