We do so much during the day. We give so much to our families, our work, and our communities which can leave very little time for us.

There’s a lot of shame and judgment because we all parent differently. Mom Shame and Guilt are so real. What I’ve learned is that there is no one way to parent. There’s no best way, it’s just what feels aligned for you.
We have to stop judging other mothers. We all need support and are doing the best we can in each moment.
It’s important to set boundaries to create space to refill your own cup. Running on empty is not good. We have to take a sacred pause so you can feel whole and complete to show up as your best self for your family.
