I share this not to brag, but to let you know that I am serious about helping others. Before I started coaching and using my gifts as an intuitive healer, I made sure I knew what I was doing. My intention is always to help women (as well as men and children) to grow and evolve past their traumas.

I am here to change lives. Many of us are living with trauma or TRAUMA or it's a blend of the two. Trauma is the shit that fucks you up.

I'm no stranger to trauma, toxic relationships, and "the struggle". I've been through it all from domestic violence, sexual assault, depression, anxiety, toxic relationships, and then some. But I'm still here! Healing, growing, thriving, and getting closer to my dreams. Manifesting the life, love, and abundance I desire.

I've experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, toxic and unhealthy relationships, struggles with finances and so much more, but I made it through to the otherside. Not only did I overcome these challenges I am thriving and I want to show you how you can do the same too.

My sacred duty is to guide you through the darkness, back into the light. I wouldn't want to go through all the shit I've experienced again, but I'm grateful for it because if I can just help one person, it would be totally worth it!

It's so easy to feel like you're the only one struggling with life, relationships, and everything else.. but that's not the case. I used to feel like that and can tell you that's not the truth!

You are NOT the things that you have experienced. You are NOT broken or damaged. You are a beautiful soul, having human experiences. It's time to stop letting your past, dim your shine!

Healing Single Mothers is a passion project that I have been working on for a couple years. It is a book, community, and podcast that focuses on life from the perspective of a single mother.

I also host the Abundantly Ever After Show, a podcast about living after pain and trauma. I do a lot of things and truly love being of service and support.

If you're unable to work with me, that's okay! I have a lot of content and free or low cost ways to support anyone in need. Please know that while my work does center women, I do work with men. I'm looking forward to expanding my offerings to support men and children in the near future.
